1/ Hollys Coffee:

Offline - A fully interactive coffee table using 'Surface Technology'
Online - A fully interactive website

2/ Coffee Republic:

Offline - Using 'push' technology to communicate with customers via mobile phones as they enter the coffee shop
Online - A fully interactive website

(This rather ambitious idea will only be used if time allows for it...)
